WA 1S Grease Tank # 1 is in the "Second level" East Side trash /recycle room. This tank is plumbed through the floor to the loading dock room below on the 1st floor. The plumbing runs to the east wall and down to floor level. Then along the east wall to the end of the loading dock and is valved and capped. This is where we connect and empty the tank. Grease Tank #2 is on the "First level" East side loading dock. This tank is plumbed directly from the tank and down the east side wall parallel with the above tank. This line is also valved and capped on the end. This is also where we connect and empty the tank. Grease Tank #3 is in the "Second level" West Side trash /recycle room. This tank is plumbed through the floor to the loading dock room below on the 1st floor. The plumbing runs to the west wall and down to floor level. Then along the west wall to the end of the loading dock and is valved and capped. This is where we connect and empty the tank. The pipe that is used is 2 inch steel. The floors were "slab imaged" before core drilling to ensure the slab was free of cables or utilities. The holes in the floor have been sealed with "fire barrier" sealant. All three tanks are secured to the closest wall. These tanks are only used to hold used cooking oil. We then pick up the oil and recycle it.
