ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 16.04.070 OF THE
TUKWILA MUNICIPAL CODE, AMENDING THE FIRE ZONE
MAP.
THE CITY COUNCIL¢OF•THE OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS-:
Section 16.04.0:`df the Tukw'ila'Municipal Code is hereby
amended to read as follows:

16.04.070. FIRE ZONES. The map attached hereto

(Refs. to Ordinance No. 678) and described in the 1970 edition
of the Uniform Building Code, Section 16, is adopted as the fire
zones of Tukwila, except that the following described real prop-
erty, designated as Fire Zone 2 by the above referred to map,
is hereby designated as being in Fire Zone 3:
A portion of Government Lot 6, Sec. 35, Twp. 23 N.,
R. 4 E.W.M., in King County, Washington, lying
easterly of county road and southwesterly of a
line described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the southeasterly margin
of said road, which point is marked by an iron
pipe and from which point the Southwest corner of
said Government Lot 6 bears S. 0 °58'10" West
313.17 feet and North 89 °01'50" West 505.54 feet,
said distances being measured respectively at
right angles to and along the South boundary
line of said Government Lot; and running thence
S. 67 °36'00" East 380.45 feet to an iron pipe;
thence continuing South 67 °36'00" East 50 feet,
more or less, to bank of Green River. BLUEPRINT ON
