AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 670,
SECTION 7, TO AUTHORIZE USE OF FORWARD
THRUST STREET FUNDS TO BE DEPOSITED IN
THE GENERAL OBLIGATION BOND FUND, 1971.

DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
That Section 7 of Ordinance No. 670, be amended to
read as follows:
"Section 7. There is hereby created and established
in the office of the City Treasurer a special fund to be
known and designated as the "General Obligation Bond Fund,
1971," of the City. The accrued interest received, if
any, shall be paid into the "General Obligation Bond Fund,
1971," and the principal proceeds received from the sale
of the bonds shall be paid into the "Urban Arterial Fund"
of the City. There shall be deposited in the "General
Obligation Bond Fund, 1971," all Forward Thrust street
funds, all taxes collected for and allocated to the prin-
cipal of and interest on the bonds, and any other funds
that can be lawfully used for such purposes."
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Tukwila, Washington,
and approved by the Mayor at a regular meeting thereof held on the
18th day of September, 1972.
