ORDINANCE NO. 695 AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING PROPERTY TO THE
CITY OF TUKWILA
WHEREAS, the City of Tukwila received an Annexation
Petition for certain property (described in Exhibit A) which is

adjacent and contiguous to the City of Tukwila; and
ce
O WHEREAS, said petition was in proper form and conformed
CQ to the requirements of the State Annexation Statute; and
CD WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on said annexation
rte- October 18, 1971 as required by law; and
WHEREAS, the King County Boundary Review Board has
executed a Waiver of Review pursuant to RCW 35.93.110.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Tukwila,
Washington do ordain as follows:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Tukwila
hereby determines that said annexation petition should be granted
and that the real property described in Exhibit "A which is
incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, be
and it is hereby annexed to the City of Tukwila.
Section 2. The property annexed shall assume its pro
rata share of any existing City indebtedness.
Seciton 3. The City Clerk shall certify a copy of this
ordinance and file the same as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Tukwila, this

Freda M. Leahy, the previous City Clerk sent Tukwila Ordinance No. 695
to the Department of Records to be recorded. In conversation with Mr.
Glenn Shepard on date of Jan. 22, 1974 his research did not turn up the
original Ordinance nor was there any record of this ordinance ever being
recorded. He suggested that I re -draft the ordinance and attach such
certificate and have same recorded. If further information is required
