was called upon jhe above date for the puppose of hearing pro-
tests on the proposed assessment roll for local improvement dis-
trict No. 1.
Mayor John R. Walkup and Councilmen S. H. Stevens, J. R.
Cumming, J. B. Heemink, Philip Koenig and Joseph Ton were present.
A motion was made, seconded and carried that the protests
be overruled and that the work of dInstalling the water system
be carried forward as planned.
A motion was made, seconded and carried that the meeting
adjourn, time 10:00 p. m.
