AN ORDINANCE CLARIFYING TUKWILA ZONING MAP USE
DISTRICT BOUNDARIES.
WHEREAS a dispute has arisen over the boundaries of
the Use District (as to whether or not the use is R -4 or R -1.72)
within the City of Tukwila generally described as a portion of
land bounded on the south and east by the Renton Thrae Tree Point
Road, on the west by 65th Avenue South and on the north by Tukwila
Park and more particularly described and shown in red on the
attached map and,
WHEREAS pursuant to Ordinance 251, as amended, §2.4
the Tukwila Planning Commission and Tukwila City Council held a
joint public hearing on January 18, 1968, relative to the clarifi-
cation of any uncertainty as to the Use District boundaries and,
WHEREAS after the hearing the Tukwila Planning Commission
has recommended that the boundaries are R -1.7.2
NOW THEREFORE
The City Council of the City of Tukwila do ordain as
follows
Section 1. The City Council adopts the findings of the
Tukwila Planning Commission and determines the location of the Use
District boundaries as shown on the attached map which is incorpor-
ated herein by reference.
Section 2. The property in question is determined to be
R -1.72 as shown on the attached map.

Section 3. This clarification is on the zoning map
only and not on the present Comprehensive Plan which is clear and
undisputed.
Section 4. This map and ordinance shall be published as
required by law and a copy filed with the King County Auditor.

5th day of February, 1968.
