ORDINANCE NO, 501
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A STREET WITHIN THE
CITY OF TUKWILA.

WHEREAS, a petition has been presented to the City of
Tukwila requesting vacation of a street within the City of Tukwila and
WHEREAS, the Tukwila Planning Commission recommended the
vacation of the street and
WHEREAS, public hearings have been held before the City
Council pursuant to RCW 35.79;
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Tukwila do
ordain as follows:
1,, That the following described property
is vacated.
That portion of County Road No. 622 lying south of
the south line of Tract 15, Interurban Addition to
Seattle according to plat thereof recorded in volume
10 of plats, page 55, records of King County, Washington,
and lying north of the northerly line of the Renton
Three tree Point Road and north of Primary State Highway
No. 1 RE as deeded to King County and to the State of
Washington respectively by deeds recorded August 10,
1931 under King County Auditor's File No. 2685205 and
April 23, 1963 under King County Auditor's File No. 55735°
respectively.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA this
4th day of December, 1967.
