The City's Development Review Staff has completed reviewing the above lot
consolidation application. Additional information is needed in order for the City to
approve the application.
Planning Comments:
1. Do not show the existing building on the survey since it is going to be removed.
Public Works has requested the following:
1. Please submit the survey that is mentioned in note 6 on page 2 of 2 or if possible a
more recent survey. The construction plans for permit number D08 -243 reference
a survey in March of 2008. Please provide the City a copy if this survey was
recorded.
2. The new legal description needs to be written in metes and bounds.
3. Pacific Highway should be listed as International Blvd.
Since the above items are minor, when you resubmit, please provide one copy of the
survey with original signatures that is ready for recording.
