in the City of Tukwila.
WHEREAS a petition was filed pursuant to RCW 35.79
requesting the vacation of a portion of 51st Street South, within
the City of Tukwila;
WHEREAS the City Planning Commission reviewed said
request and approved the same;
WHEREAS a public hearing was held on October 3, 1966
before the City Council of the City of Tukwila as required by
law and there were no objections to said petition, now, therefore,
The City Council of the City of Tukwila do ordain as
follows:
is hereby vacated pursuant to RCW 35.79.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Tukwila this
17th day of October, 1966.

thereof recorded in volume 2 of Highway Plats, records
of King County Auditor, Washington."
