N ORDINANCE NO. 458
AN ORDINANCE amending the City of Tukwila Comprehensive Plan

amending City of Tukwila Ordinance No. 251 and rezoning property from
R -1 to C -2.
WHEREAS the city planning commision and the City Council have both
held public hearings pursuant to City of Tukwila Ordinance'No. 251 as
amended, to consider a change in the Tukwila Comprehensive Land Use Plan to
C -2 uses at the corner of 53rd South and South 154th in the City of
Tukwila as legally described on the map attached and incorporated herein
by this reference, and both bodies have recommended that changes to

0-2 be made.`
The City Council of City of Tukwila do ordain as follows:
Section 1: The Tukwila Comprehensive Land Use Plan on the corner
of 53rd South and South .154th (as described on the attached ap), is
hereby modified and changed as shown on said map from R -1 to C -2, and

Section 2: Said Property at 53rd South and South 154th(as desc-
ribed an attached map) is hereby rezoned from an R -1 use district to J.
a 0 -2 use District.
Section 3:' The City Clerk is hereby directed to file this Ordinance
and Map with the King County Auditor as may be required by Law.
Passed by the City Council of The City of Tukwila, this 20th day
of June, 1966. A
