ORDINANCE NO. 453 AN ORDINANCE amending the City of Tukwila Comprehensive
Plan awning City of Tukwila Ordinance No. 251 and rezoning pro-
perty from R -1 to R -4.
WHEREAS the City Planning Commission and the City Council
have both held public hearings pursuant to City of Tukwila Ordinance
No. 251 as amended, to consider a change in the Tukwila Comprehensive
Land Use Plan to allow low apartment use R -4, in Lots 3,4,5,6,7,8,30,
31 and 32 of Block 8, Hillman's Seattle Garden Tracts, City of Tukwila,
and both bodies have recommended that said changes be made.
The City Council of the City of Tukwila do ordain as
follows:
SECTION `1;t The Tukwila Comprehensive Land Use Plan, Lots
3,4,5,6,7,8,30,31,32 of Block 8, Hillman's Seattle Garden Tracts,
City of Tukwila, is hereby modified and changed as shown on the at-
tached map from R -1 to R -4, and
SECTION 2: Lots 3,4,5,6,7,8,30,31 and 32 of Block 8,
Hillman's Seattle Garden Tracts, City of Tukwila, is hereby rezoned
from an R -1 use district to an R -4 use district.
SECTION 3: The City Clerk is hereby directed to file this
Ordinance and map with the King County Auditor as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Tukwila, this
21st day of March, 1966.
