ORDINANCE NO. 445
An ordinance accepting easements from the City of Seattle
in connection with Tukwila Local Improvement District* No. 8
THE CITY OF TUKWILA DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 That the easement agreement executed by the
City of Seattle as grantors, on April 6, 1965, granting to the City
of Tukwila easements for water lines under and across the properties
therein described, all situate in Tukwila, King County, Washington
be and the same are hereby accepted.
Section 2 Said easements are accepted subject to the
covenants contained therein.
Section 3 This ordinance shall take affect and be in
force five (5) days from and after its passage and approval, and
its publication as provided for by law.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Tukwila this
3rd day of 1 96
