ORDINANCE NO 4 3a-
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Tukwila rezoning land from
C -1 to C -2 in accordance with City of Tukwila, Ordinance No. 251
as amended.
WHEREAS the City of Tukwila Planning-Commission and
City Council have both held public hearings ;. on the'rezoning of
Lots 1, 2 and 3 of Block 15, Hillman's Garden tracts.and. the
north 270 feet of tract 2 and tracts 22Aand'23 Interurban addition
to Seattle and all existing C -1 zoned property lying west'of
Interurban._ Avenue from C -1 to C -2 and both bodies having recom-
mended that such rezoning be made.
The City Council of the City of Tukwila do ordain as
follows:
SECTION I: Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 15 of Hillman's
Seattle Garden tracts and the north 270 feet of tract 2 and tracts
22 and 23 of Interurban addition to Seattle are rezoned from C -1
use district to C -2 use district.
SECTION 2: All land currently zoned C -1 lying west of
Interurban Avenue is rezoned to C -2 land use district.
SECTION 3: The boundaries of said rezoned properties
are shown on the attached map.
SECTION 4: The City Clerk is directed to file a copy
of this Ordinance and map with the King County Auditor as required
by law.
