AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN 'OF TUKWILA APPLYING A ZONING TO AN
AREA ANNEXED TO THE TOWN OF TUKWILA UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 255
AND AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO 259.
WHEREAS, the Tukwila Town Council, acting upon the recommendation
of the lUkwila Commission, extended the Tukwila Comprehensive
Zetlifferian'inte the Area annexed and described in Tukwila Ordinance
No. 255 by Ordifiance Na. 259 and applied to said area a

AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF TUKWILA APPLYING A ZONING TO AN
AREA ANNEXED TO THE TOWN OF TUKWILA UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 255
AND AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 259.
WHEREAS, the Tukwila Town Council, acting upon the recommendation
of the Tukwila Planning Commission, extended the Tukwila Comprehensive
Zoning Plan into the area annexed and described in Tukwila Ordinance
No. 255 and amended by Ordinance No. 259 and applied to said area a
zoning of M -1 Light Industry, as defined in Tukwila Ordinance No.251.
NEW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF TUKWILA,
as follows:
SECTION 1. That M -1, Light Industry Zoning, as defined in
Tukwila Town Ordinance No. 251, be applied to the tract of land
annexed to Tukwila under Ordinance No. 255 and amended by Ordinance
No. 259 and described as follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the easterly
prolongation of the southeasterly line of South 137th
Street with the southwesterly line of Secondary State
Highway No. 5 -M (said point of intersection being in the
northwesterly boundary of the town of Tukwila); thence
northwesterly, along said northwesterly highway line, to
the easterly line of 42nd Avenue South; thence northerly,
along said easterly line, and its northerly prolongation,
to the thread of the Duwamish River; thence easterly,
along said thread, to an intersection with the southwesterly
prolongation of the northwesterly line of Lot 32, in block
13, Allentown Addition to the City of Seattle, according to
plat recorded in volume 12 of plats, page 100, in King
County, Washington; thence northeasterly, along said south-
westerly prolongation and along said northwesterly line of
lot 32, to the most northerly corner of said lot; thence
southeasterly, along the northeasterly line of said block
