(GENERAL NOTE) PLAN SUBMITTALS: (Min. size 11x17 to maximum size of 24x36; all sheets shall be the same size). (If applicable) Structural Drawings and structural calculations sheets shall be original signed wet stamped, not copied.) 1. The plan shows two HVAC units on the roof that appear to be a new installation for this TI. Plan shows other ventilation vents caped from Lazy Boy where the new ventilation shall be connected to the two rooftop units over Pro Golf. In addition it appears new gas lines are installed for the two rooftop units. Please provide clarification to specify which is existing and new. If new HVAC units are installed on the roof, provide manufactures specifications which identify energy code compliance. New gas lines shall also be inspected under a gas /plumbing permit. All other related details for new HVAC units shall be required if these are new. 2. The building permit for the Pro Golf shall be submitted under a separate permit, separate from the vacant space permit (currently identified as Pro Golf). Some changes to the floor plan shall be required for that new TI permit. Revise this mechanical permit to show consistency with the new Pro Golf TI floor plan. An additional bathroom shall be required with additional ventilation. Should there be questions concerning the above requirements, contact the Building Division at 206 -431- 3670.
