ORDINANCE NO. 290
AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF TUKWILA APPLYING A ZONING TO AN
AREA ANNEXED TO THE TOWN OF TUKWILA UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 258
WHEREAS, the Tukwila Town Council, acting upon the recommendation
of the Tukwila klanning Commission, extended the Tukwila Comprehensive
Zoning Plan into-the area annexed and described in Tukwila Ordinance
NO 253 and applied to said area a zoning of M-2, heavy Industry, as
defined in Tukwila Ordinance No. 253.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VAN COUNCIL OF TUKWILA,

SECTION 1.:-Tnat:*-2,, Heavy Industry Zoning, as defined- in
Tukwila Town Ordinance No. 253, be applied to the tract of land
annexed te TUkwila Under Ordinance No. 258 and described as follows:
That portion cif sections '35 and 36, township 23 north,
range-4 eaat, W.M. described as follows:
at-thet of the centerline of South

ORDINANCE NO. 290
AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF TITKWILA APPLYING A ZONING TO AN
AREA ANNEXED TO THE TOWN OF TUKWILA UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 253.
WHEREAS, the Tukwila Town Council, actin; upon the recommendatio]
of the Tukwila lanning Commission, extended the Tukwila Comprehensiv
Zoning plan into the area annexed and described in Tukwila Urdir_a_;ce
No. 258 and applied to said area a zoning of Y -2, heavy Industry, as
defined in Tukwila Ordinance No. 253.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED D BY TEE TOWN COTTNC L Ot TUK IL_
as follows:
SECTION 1. That M -2, Heavy Industry Zoning, as defined in
Tukwila Town Ordinance No. 253, be applied to the tract of land
annexed to Tukwila under Ordinance No. x'58 and aescribed as follows:
That portion of sections 35 and 36, township 23 north,
range 4 east, W.IiI. described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of South
130th Street and the centerline of Secondary State High-
way No. 5 -M; thence southerly along the centerline of
said highway to a point that is North 11 46' East, 1115.77
feet from the southeast corner of section 35, township 23
north, range 4 east, W.M.; thence North 33 °27 ;lest to the
centerline of the White River; thence northerly along the
centerline of the White diver to an intersection with the
extension southerly of the east line of the west 20 acres
of Government Lot 1 of said section 35; thence northerly
along said east line to an intersection with the center-
line of South 130th Street, designated by ordinance No.
247, Town of Tukwila, as the town limit line; thence
easterly along said centerline and said limit line extended
to the point of beginning of this description,
all of which lies within the corporate limits of the Town of Tukwila
County of King, State of Washington.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall be in effect from and
after its passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
