ORDINANCE NO 283
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA APPLYING A ZONING TO AN
AREA ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF TUKWILA UNDER ORDINANCE NO 276
WHEREAS, on dune 22, 1959, the Tukwila
the recommendation of the Tukwila Planning

in Tukwila Ordinance No 276 and applied to said area a zoning of
M-1 Light industry as .defined in Tukv1a Ordinance No. 251,
NOW THEREFORE B IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TUKWILA AS FOLLOWS
SECTION 1 THAT M-1 LIGHT INDUSTRY ZONING AS DEFINED IN TUKWILA
Town Ordinance Ho. 251, be applied to the tract of land annexed to
Tukwila under Ordinance No, 276 and described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the southerly edge of the right -of -way
of uth133rd Street, where it meets the westerly edge of the right
of -way of Interurban Avenue South, thence westerly along said south-
erly edge of the right-of-way of South 133rd Street, to the point
where said southerly edge of the right-of-way of South 133rd Street
meets the westerly edge of the right-of-way of 42nd Avenue South
(macadam road); thence northerly along said west edge of the right
of -way of 42nd Avenue South to the point where said line meets the
westerly edge of the right -of -way of interurban Avenue South, and
then northeasterly across the street to the existing town limits of
Tukwila; thence southerly along said existing Tukwila town limits
to point of beginning, ail _of which is contiguous to the Town of
Tukwila, County of King, State of Washington,"
all of which lies within the corporate limits of the Town of Tukwila
Uounty Of Ding State of Washington-.
S :ECTION 2. That this ordinance shall be in effect from and after
its passage approval and publication as provided by law.

AN QiiDINANCE OF TEE TOWN OF TUK_ILA APPLYING A ZONING TO AN
AREA ANNEXED TO THE TOWN OF TUK ILA UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 276.
WHEREAS, on gune 22, 1959, the Tukwila Town Council, acting upon
the recommendation of the Tukwila Planning Commission, extended the
Tukwila Comprehensive Zoning Plan into the area annexed and described
in Tukwila Ordinance No. 276 and applied to said area a zoning of
m -1, Light Industry, as defined in Tukwila Ordinance INo. 251.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF TUf ILA
as follows:
SECTION 1. That M -1, Light Industry mooning, as defined in Tukwila
Town Ordinance No. 251, be applied to the tract of land annexed to
Tukwila under Ordinance No. 276 and described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the southerly edge of the right -of -way
of South Street, where it meets the westerly edge of the ri
