If applicable). Clear sealant (provided must be applied to each panel before CAM - LOCKING them together. In order to set up wall panels, nail floor plywood guide 1" x 1" (provided) on floor panel or on floor for walk -in cooler, apply sealant again to all joints. Wall panel set -up must begin with corner panel B7 into floor plywood guide, then R6, R5, etc. Before set up door panel 01, use concrete gun w /1" flat headed pin to shoot GALV. angle (provided) to floor first, set door jam of door panel on top of angle floor side. Use sheet metal screw or nail to fasten vertical part of angle to door jam (pre - drilled holes are recomended. (See Figure 2) Put -up ceiling panels C1, C2, C3, C4, etc., after CAM - LOCKING them together. Then use a 1/4" x 6" drill bit to drill holes along perimeter of entire ceiling. Fasten lag bolts (provided) to tighten ceiling panel to each wall panel (at least one lag bolt to each wall panel, two lag bolts are recomended on door panel). (See Figure 3) Use sheet metal screws to fasten metal cove base to wall panel, inside and out. (See Figure 3) Use silver sealant (provided) to fill gaps and joint of entire walk -in cooler and /or freezer, inside and out. Use thumb plug (provided) to cap all holes 1. All work has to be done by professional contractors. 2. Never stand on top of ceiling panel before they are cam - locked together. 3. When hanging the coil, it Is a good practice to use angle or channel backing tied by 10 gauge wire to r to "T" bar ceiling installation. Step 1.
