SPONSOR'S Council President Kruller requests a Council discussion on the next steps for review of
SUMMARY policy decisions associated with the City's current review of annexation to the Kent RFA.
Next steps could include a Council work session, an appointed ad-hoc committee, or other
emergent ideas. The RFA Finance Committee has completed its work and the Steering
Committee plans an update to the Council at the October 19, 2015 meeting.
