This AGREEMENT made this ip o 11pRT' 'by and between Lorene Spencer
and Ruth Henry (two sing p d y persons) hereinafter termed "Grantor' and Oliver M.
Muth and Sharon M. Muth (husband and wi.,:) hereinafter termed "Grantee.'
WITNESSETH
That the said Grantor for valuable consideration does by these presents grant
unto the Grantee a perpetual right -of -wavy or easement for parking. ingr,ss.
egress, utilities and the exclusive use of the owners of the East one -half of
Lot 8, Block 4, Adams Home Tracts adjoining Lot 9 on the North. The right -of-
gway or easement granted herein and described as follows:

The size of the eascmcrt is roughly seventeen (17) feet wide and
sixty two (62) feet long. It runs parallel to the boundaries
between Lots 8 and 9, starting approximately twenty seven (27)
feet from the common corner en he east line of Lots 8 and 9.
