THE parties to this revocation are: Rathida Phimviengkham, a single person, who is sole owner of the
property located at 11829 44`h Place South, Tukwila, WA 98178, and legally described as:
Lots 3, 4, 5 and the North 20 feet of Lot 6, Block 5, C.D. Hilman's Meadow Gardens Addition to
the City of Seattle, Division No. 1, according to the plat thereof recorded in volume 12 of plats,
at page 64 in the records of King County, Washington.
Except the West 140 feet thereof.
Situate in the County of King, State of Washington.
Assessors Tax Parcel No. 334740 -0991
And the City of Tukwila, a municipal corporation of King County, Washington.
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF an agreement hereinafter expressed and other good and
valuable considerations, the parties agree that the SANITARY SEWER AGREEMENT, Joint
Side Sewer & Hold Harmless Agreement dated March 27, 2009, and recorded on April 21, 2009
under King County recording number 20090421000235 is hereby extinguished, and shall be of
no further force and effect. This revocation shall bind the parties'heirs, assigns, and successors
interest.
