The regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Tuk-
wila was held in the Town Hall on the above date at 8 :00 p. m.
Those present were Mayor John I. Walkup and Councilmen Philip
Koenig, G. W. Wallenberg, J. B. Heemink and S. H. Stevens.
The minutes of the last regular meeting and also the minutes
of the special meeting of April 22, 1929 were read by the Clerk and
were approved as read.

The chairman of the finance committee reported that all the
bi11s were approved as presented. A motion that warrants be drawn
for the bills presented in their respective amounts was made, second-
e4 and carried.
COMMUNICATIONS
The Treasurer's monthly report was read by the Clerk and was
filed by order of the Mayor.
COMMITTEE REPORTS
The chairman of the light committee reported that there was
no improvement in the street lighting service and recommended that
the Clerk be instructed to write to the company and ask that they
instal a new timing clock and to keep better supervision over the
lighting system. A motion that the recommendation of the chairman
of the lighting committee be carried out was made, seconded and
carried.

NEW BUSINESS
The Mayor announced that it would be necessary for the Council
to meet again in a week to pass an ordinance relating to the issuance
of the revenue bonds and suggested that this meeting be adhourned to
meet a week later.
