AGREEMENT TO RECONSTRUCT DRIVEWAY
A THIS AGREEMENT made this A day of q G,tS 2007 between James E. Gipson,
as his separate estate, hereinafter called the Grantor, and the CITY OF TUKWILA, a municipal corporation of the
State of Washington, hereinafter called Grantee:
WHEREAS, the Grantee is about to perform certain improvement work on that portion of the above parcel lying
within the following described area and as shown on the right -of -way plans for the Tukwila International Blvd
improvement project:
SEE EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of MUTUAL BENEFITS of the premises, the Grantor(s) hereby grant to the
Grantee, its successors and assigns, by this Agreement, the right to locate equipment and to work on the above
described land for the purposes of carrying on said construction activities with the purposes of reconstructing the
driveway.
This Agreement shall remain in existence until such time as Grantee, its successors and assigns, will have fully
carried out the original construction necessary to complete the project or thirty (24) months, whichever is less.
