Description of Incident
On 10 -27 -15 Tukwila Police patrol units were received information regarding a felony
warrant subject at a residence in the 14900 block of 51 st Ave S. in Tukwila. Officers
surrounded the residence and made a number of amplified audible warnings for the
subject to exit the residence. The subject failed to exit peacefully and Valley SWAT was
activated to respond to the scene. At approximately 5:OOpm Valley SWAT deployed at
the residence and the suspect was swiftly apprehended. There were no injuries to the
suspect or officers and there are no other suspects remaining in the area.
