No alterations are to be made to areas of potential geologic instability (lands with Class 2,3 or 4 slopes) unless consistent with this Chapter. TMC Chapter: TMC 18:54 Tree Regulations 1 Specifically: No trees are to be removed from a sensitive area (i.e. area of steep slopes) without a tree cutting permit. Trees have been removed from the property without a tree cutting permit. TMC Chapter: TMC 18.26 Permitted Uses Storing Commerical vehicles is not an allowed use in this zone. Stand -alone parking is not a permitted use in this zone, unless it is completely enclosed within a structure. Corrective Action required: Compliance Date: November 5, 2009 Corrective Action: A geotechnical report is required for any alterations to the slopes. The cut and fill that has occurred took place without the required soils investigation to make sure that it is safe to grade the site. A permit must be obtained providing the materials specified in TMC 18.54.080 (and listed in the Tree Cutting Permit). Remove commerical vehicles from property. Remove vehicles from vacant lot. A brief statement of the relief sought, and the reasons why it is claimed that the notice and order should be reversed, modified, or otherwise set aside; 6. The signature of all persons named as appellants, and their official mailing address; 7. The verification (by declaration under penalty of perjury) of each appellant as to the truth of the matters stated in the appeal. 8. The appeal fee for violations in the LDR zone is $100.00 and in all other zones is $200.00. Fees must accompany the written notice of appeal. Failure to appeal this Violation Notice and Order shall constitute a waiver of all rights to any additional administrative hearings.
