TMC 18.45.110(B) Watercourse Uses, Alterations and Mitigation: 1) Diverting or rerouting may only occur with the permission of the director and an approved mitigation plan Specifically. The stream runnin along the south side of the property has been opened up significantly on both sides. A large pile of brush is blocking the stream at the upper (west) end, and sediment may be running into the City's storm water. TMC Chapter. TMC 18.45.110 (E) Mitigation "All impacts to a watercourse that degrade the functions and values of the watercourse shall be avoided. If alteration to the watercourse is unavoidable, all adverse impacts to the watercourse and its buffer resulting from a development proposal or alteration shall be mitigated in accordance with an approved mitigation plan..."
