TMC 8.28.020 International Property Maintenance Code Adoption "IPMC IPMC 307.1 Accumulation of rubbish or garbage. "All exterior property and premises, and the interior of every structure, shall be free from any accumulation of rubbish or garbage." Specifically: These are huge piles of old lumber, wood and other building related materials piled in front of the deck, on the south side of the house, and near the driveway entrance. There are piles of garbage, bags of trash, and other materials (metal scraps, a hot tub /shower type enclosure. (see enclosed photos) TMC Chapter: IPMC 3025 Rodent Harborage "All structures and exterior property shall be kept free from rodent harborage and infestation... Specifically: Piles of lumber and the accumulation of rubbish and garbage provide harborage and a food source for rats, rodents and other animals, and may create a public health nuisance. Corrective Action required: Compliance Date: April 27, 2007 Corrective Action: Remove all debris, garbage or rubbish from the site. Hire a professional exterminator to deal with any rodent issues. The verification (by declaration under penalty of perjury) of each appellant as to the truth of the matters stated in the appeal. 8. The appeal fee for violations in the LDR zone is $100.00 and in all other zones is $200.00. Fees must accompany the written notice of appeal. Failure to appeal this Violation Notice and Order shall constitute a waiver of all rights to any additional administrative hearings.
