Violation Location:: 1 14109 56 Ave S Tukwila, WA I File RFA07-088 Owner Name: Jack Lyons Address: 1 15002135 AV SE CitWState Renton, WA 98058 is in violation of Tukwila's Municipal Code (TMC), TMC Chapter: 1 8.28.020 International Property Maintenance Code Adoption (IPMC) Specifically: IPMC 307.1 Accumulation of rubbish, debris, garbage. "Ali exterior property and premises... shall be free from any accumulation of rubbish or garbage." The front and side yard contain broken furniture, scraps of wood and metal, tarps, a hot tub structure, and other junk and debris. TMC Chapter: TMC 8.25.020 Vehicles Parking in Residential Areas. "Motor vehicles on property devoted to single family residential use shall be parked on an approved durable uniform surface." Specifically: Large white truck parked on,premises needs to be removed or parked on driveway. Lic. No. A78252M TMC Chapter. TMC 7.04.070 Regulation of Animals. "It shall be a violation of this chapter for any owner or custodian to cause, permit, or allow any dog owned, harbored, controlled or kept by him/her in the City to roam, run or stray away from the premises where the dog is owned, harbored, controlled, or kept..." Specifically: Tukwila Police Department, King County Animal Control, and Tukwila Code Enforcement have all received complaints regarding at least two pit bulls residing on the site, that are seen off the property. On at least one occasion in the past 30 days, there has been report of a dog bite from one of these animals. TMC Chapter. IPMC 305.1 Interior Structure. "The interior of a structure... shall be maintained in a sanitary condition. Occupants shall keep that part of the structure which they occupy or control in a clean and sanitary condition" Speci fically-- Several rooms in the house contain dog waste and urine, creating unsanitary conditions and health hazards. Remove large white truck from property, or park on legal parking area (driveway). Take the necessary action to ensure that any dogs residing on the property are kept on the property at all times, and do not pose any nuisance or threat to the public. Remove all animal waste and debris from inside the home, and maintain the structure in a sanitary condition. Discontinue storage of U -Haul truck on public streets. Vehicle must be parked on legal parking surface of the residence (driveway). Call Code Enforcement (206) 431 -3676 to conduct interior/exterior inspection upon completion of clean -up.
