FINDING OF FACT AND ORDER
Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 16.30, Tukwila Municipal Code entitled
Dangerous Building Code and the complaint of the Building Director dated
August 25 , 1975 fixing the date, time and place of a hearing to
`a hear testimony of the Building Director and all parties in interest, said
O hearing was held in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Tukwila, Washington
ON beginning at 10 :00 o'clock A .M., September 10 , 1975 .

according to Plat recorded in Vol:14Pof ;'fat, Page 24 in King County, Wash.

After hearing evidence from the above parties present and reviewing the corres-
pondence,the Director finds:
1. The complaint of the Building Director is justified.
2. The subject building is a Dangerous Building as specified in the complaint.
3. The Building Department has supplied material and labor to close the building.
4. The Contract Purchaser (Joe Clarke) desires to renovate the building and
use it as a dwelling.
5. -It is possible to renovate the building to comply with the requirements of
the Building Code.
THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR HEREBY ORDERS:
1. The City of Tukwila be reimbursed in the amount of $78.39, expended on the property.
2. Mr. Clarke to secure Building, Plumbing and Electrical Permits, install perimeter concrete
foundation, repair doors and windows, floors, walls,. roof, sanitary facilities and electrical
wiring, to existing codes, generally clean -up and paint.
3. Repair work will start within 30 days from this date. The exterior, foundation, electrical and
plumbing to be completed within one year (September 11, 1976).
4. Prior to occupancy, electrical and plumbing deficiencies shall be completed and .approved by
permit issuing agency. Exterior of structure, foundation & interior of structure be partially .

the Building Appeals Board at the office of the Building Director within thirty
(30) days of the date of service of this decision or order.
