NOTICE OF COMPLAINT
Date August 25, 1975

The Building Director of the City of Tukwila, acting under the authority of
.Chapter 16.30 of. the Tukwila Municipal Code .entitled "Dangerous Building Code ",
hereby complains that the subject property is a "dangerous building" as defined
in Section 16.30.020 of said Code and as specified below:

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: No. 86 Ft. of Lot 7, Block 5, Hillman's Seattle Garden
Tracts according to Plat Recorded in volume 11 of Plats, Page 24 in King
County, Washington
OWNER(S) OF RECORD: Lloyal L. Newburn
OTHER PARTIES OF INTEREST: V. M. Gooden and C. J. Clarke
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF TYPE OF BUILDING OR STRUCTURE DEEMED UNSAFE:
Wood Frame Dwelling
PARTICULARS WHICH CAUSED THE BUILDING OR STRUCTURE.TO BE A "DANGEROUS
BUILDING" AS DEFINED IN SECTION 16.30.020:
(b) Whenever the structure has become so delapidatedas to become (1) An attractive nuisance to
children; (2) A harbor for vagrants, criminals or immoral persons;or (3) Enable persons to resort
thereto for the purpose of committing unlawful or immoral acts..
(c) Whenever a structure, because of inadequate maintenance,- or otherwise is determined by the
city or county health officer to be unsanitary, unfit for human habitation or in.such a_conditi.on
that is likely to cause sickness or disease. • •
(e) Whenever any building or structure is vacant and open to unauthorized entry for a period
in excess of six months so as to constitute such building or portion thereof an attractive
nuisance or hazard to the.public.

COMMENTS: Building has been damaged by vandalism, is open to unauthorized
entry, has been in this condition for more than six months, contract purchaser
has been notified of condition and has failed to take action.
A hearing will be held before the Public Works Director, City Hall, 14475- 59th
Ave. South, Tukwila, Washington
TIME 10:00 A.M. DATE September 10, 1975
or such other time as the hearing may be continued.
ALL PARTIES IN INTEREST WILL BE GIVEN THE RIGHT TO FILE AN ANSWER TO THE COMPLAINT,
TO APPEAR IN PERSON OR OTHERWISE, AND TO GIVE TESTIMONY AT THE TIME AND PLACE
INDICATED ABOVE.
A copy of this notice is being filed for record with the King County Auditor.
