Description of Incident
On 12 -8 -15 at approximately 1714hrs, Tukwila Police were dispatched to the
14800 block of Tukwila International Blvd. in response to a recent shooting with
witnesses reporting a male seen lying on the ground. Officers quickly arrived on scene
to confirm that a 19 year -old Federal Way man had been shot a single time in the head.
Witnesses reported the shooting occurred at a close range during a physical fight
between multiple subjects. Immediately after the sound of gunshots the group fled from
the scene in multiple different directions. A K -9 track was unable to locate any of the
suspects in the immediate area.
The victim was transported to Harborview Medical Center and is currently listed
in critical condition. Anyone with information regarding the incident is encouraged to
