The purpose of this Council Work Session was to meet jointly with City Executive and
Administrative Staff to discuss long -range priorities that align with the City's adopted Strategic
Plan.
Council President Kruller welcomed attendees, and Ms. Willis facilitated the group throughout
several small group and large group exercises, including:
Ownership Conversation
Brainstorm on the Future
Ordering and Time Horizon
Closing Circle
Small groups were organized by the five Strategic Plan goals. Participants discussed visions for
the future based upon these goals, and each group reported out. No decisions were made during
this work session, and a follow -up meeting to continue this work will be scheduled later in the
year.
