The City of Tukwila of King County, Washington does hereby certify that the conditions noted in the
Complaint of Unfit Building dated May 9, 2007 and the requirements of the Determination, Findings of
Fact and Order of the Improvement Officer, dated June 7, 2007 have been corrected and as of this date
the subject building, premises and /or person(s) responsible are found to be in compliance with the
standards and requirements relating to the code violations specified in such Complaint.
Neither the City of Tukwila nor any of it's employees or contractors shall be assumed to be liable for any
injury, death, damage or loss of any sort sustained by any person by reason of the issuance of this
Certificate, any inspection, or any other act or omission by the City or it's employees or contractors in
connection with the enforcement and administration of the Ordinance.
Please be advised that the above Complaint of Unfit Building was filed with the Department of
Records and Elections of King County, Recording No. 20070621000837 and may appear during any
title search of the subject property.
You may make this Certificate a matter of public record by filing it with King County.
