The City of Tukwila of King County, Washington does hereby certify that the conditions noted in
the Notice and Order dated July 24, 2006 were found, as of this date, to have been corrected
and the subject building, premises and /or person(s) responsible were found in compliance with
the standards and requirements relating to the code violations specified in such Notice and
Order.
The City of Tukwila nor any of it's employees or contractors shall be assumed to be liable for
any injury, death, damage or loss of any sort sustained by any person by reason of the issuance
of this Certificate, any inspection, or any other act or omission by the City or it's employees or
contractors in connection with the enforcement and administration of the Ordinance.
