captioned site on April 11, 2005 by the City of Tukwila Building
Department. l

Corrective Action Apply for a building permit within 15 days of this notice
Remove illegal construction within 15 days of this notice and call for
reinspection
Discontinue use of structure or portion thereof
Vacate building and secure against entry.
Failure to comply will result in further action.
