The Tukwila Municipal Code violations cited in the March 17, 2015 Amended Violation Notice
and Order have been corrected: garbage /rubbish/debris, graffiti, and weed overgrowth have
been removed from the property; all structures on the property have been secured. This Code
Enforcement file is now closed.
The City really appreciates all your efforts and cooperation in resolving the violations at this site.
