wila was held in the Town Hall on the above date at 8:00 p. m. Those
present were Mayor John R. Walkup and Councilmen Philip Koenig, J. C.
Wickman and Jeseph Ton.
The Mayor announced that matters had been adjusted between
the Town of Tukwila and the contractor, A. Del Guzzo so that the water
system could be accepted by the Town.

It was moved, seconded and carried that the system be ad-
Resolution No. 43 authorizing the Mayor and
the Clerk to enter into a supplemental agreement with the Oregon
Washington R. R. Co. to increase the size of the water pipe underneath
their roadbed to six inches was read by the Clerk.
It was moved, seconded and carried that the resolution be
adopted by the Council.
Resolution No. 44 accepting the supply system was read
by the Clerk.
It was moved, seconded and carried that the resolution
be adopted by thA Council.
Resolution No. 45 accepting the distributing system was
read by the Clerk.
It was moved, seconded and carried that the resolution be
adopted by the Council.
It was moved, seconded and carried that the discussion
and adjustment of the funds be deferred until the next regular meet-
ing.
It was moved, seconded and carried that the resignation
of the acting engineer, J.P. Walkup, be accepted and that the bill
of $130.00 for services presented by him be allowed and a warrant
be drawn for the amount.
The Mayor announced the appointment of J.A. Duff as
water superintendent, said appointment to take effect immediately.
No further business appearing the Council moved to ad-
journ at 8:20 p. m.
