The regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Tukwila
was held in the Town Hall on the above date at 8:00 p. m. Those
present were Mayor John R. Walkup and Councilmen Philip Koenig, J. C.
Wickman and J. B. Heemink.

After a brief recess called by the Mayor for the examination of
the bills the Council was reconvened and the chairman of the finance
committee reported that all the bills had been allowed as presented.
A motion that the bills be allowed as presented and that warrants
be drawn for their respective amounts was made, seconded and carried/
COMMUNICATIONS
The Treasurer's monthly financial report was read by the Clerk
and filed by order of the Mayor.
A letter from the Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Co. asking
for a permit to do certain work on their plant in the Town of Tukwila
was read by the Clekk. A motion that the permit be granted with the
provision that it be done under the supervision of the street com-
mittee was made, seconded and carried.
It was moved, seconded and carried that the matter of the ad-
justment of the funds be deferred until the assessment roll had been
received.
No further buriness appearing the Council adjourned at 9 :15
