and shown in "Exhibit Map" herewith attached and made a part hereof, and any after acquired
interest therein, to the same extent and purpose as if the rights granted herein had been
acquired under eminent domain status of the State of Washington.

It is understood and agreed that delivery of this deed is hereby tendered and that the terms and
obligations hereof shall not become binding upon the City of Tukwila unless and until accepted
and approved by the City Council of the City of Tukwila, and indicated by the signature of the
Mayor, below.
