consideration of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS, in hand paid, grant, bargain, sell, convey, and
confirm to the City of Tukwila, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington the
following described real property situated in King County, in the State of Washington, under
the imminent threat of the Grantee's exercise of its rights of Eminent Domain:

The Grantor, for itself and for its successors in interest do by these presents expressly
limit the covenants of the deed to those herein expressed, and exclude all covenants arising or
to arise by statutory or other implication, and does hereby covenant that against all persons
whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim by, through or under said Grantor and not
otherwise, and will forever warrant and defend the said described real estate.
