PUGET SOUND ENERGY, Inc., a Washington corporation "Grantor without
consideration, conveys and quitclaims to CITY OF TUKWILA, a municipal corporation,
KING COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Washington, (referred to as "Grantee
subject to the terms hereof, the following described real estate situated in the County of King,
State of Washington:
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.
RESERVING TO ITSELF, its successors and assigns a perpetual easement over, under
and across the above described property to construct, operate, maintain, repair, replace, improve,
remove and enlarge one or more utility systems for purposes of transmission, distribution and
sale of gas and electricity.
Grantor does not warrant its title to said property, nor shall Grantor undertake to defend
