TMC Chapter: TMC 16.04 -020 International Building Code (IBC) adopted Specifically: IBC 105.1 Permits required Fences over 6 feet in height require a permit. Retaining walls must be constructed in order to address the slope instability caused by your tenant doing work withou a permit along the south and west sides of the property. Failure to appeal this Violation Notice and Order shall constitute a waiver of all rights to any additional administrative hearings.
