The regular meeting of the Town Cauncil of the Town of Tukwila was
held in the Town Hall on the above date at 8:00 p. m. Those present
were Mayor John R. Walkup and Councilmen Philip Koenig, J. 0. Wickman,
and J. B. Heemink.
The minutes of the last regular meeting were read r;:r the Clerk
and were approved as read.

After a brief recess called by the Mayor for the auditing of the
bills the Council was called to order to hear the report of the finance
0ommittee The chairmr n of the finance committee reborted that all the
bills had been allowed as presented. A motion that the bills be allow-
ed as presented and that warrants be drawn for their res_ectiT r7eants
was made, seconded and carried. A, motion that warrant No.. 17 for 5591.30
be cancelled was made seconded and carried.
COMMUNICATIONS:
The Treasurer's ,uonthiy f inanoia,l ra ort ti.as read by the Clerk
and was ardered filed. The report of the Superintendent of water was
read by the Clerk and was ordered filed.
NEW BUSINESS:
A council bill relating to the issuance of Local Improvement Bonds
of Local Improvement District No. 1 was read by the clerk. It was read
a second time by title. A motion that it be read a third time by title
and placed on its final passage was made, seconded and carried. It was
read a third time and on roil call passed unanimously and became Ordinance
No. 133 of the Town of Tukwila.
