The regular meeting of the Town Council of the The Town
of Tukwila was held in the Town Hall on the above date at 8:00 p. m.
Those present were Mayor John R. Walkup and Councilmen Philip Koenig,
J. C. Wickman, J. B. Heemink, S. H. Stevens ana Joseph Ton.
The minutes of the regular meeting of November 7 and of the
spedial meetings of November 12 2nd 19 were read by the Clerk. The
minutes of the regular meeting of November 7 were corrected, after
which all the minutes were approved.

After a. brief recess called by the Mayor 6or auditing the
bills the Council was called to order to hear the report of the fin—
ance committee. The Chairman of the Finance Committee reported that
all the bills had beet approved as presented. Councilman Stevens
arose to object to the bill of $5.00 presented by W. C. Osman,,saying
that the bill had not been authorized by the Council. ti. motion that
all the bills be allowed as presented and that warrants be drawn for
their respective amounts was made, sec and carried.

The Treasurer's monthly report was read by the Clerk and
filed on order of the Mayor. The report of the Superintendent of
Water was read by the Clerk and was ordered filed.
USINESS
The matter of furnishing the Foster Water District with
water came up and a motion that the Town Council go on record as be—
ing willing to furnish the said district with water thru their own
master meter at a minimum rate of $1.50 per customer was made, second
ed and carried. The Council adjourned at 9:00_p. m.
