NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Tukwila City Council will hold a public hearing on
Monday, February 22, 2016 beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Tukwila City
Hall, 6200 Southcenter Blvd., Tukwila, WA to consider the following:
OSTERLY PARK TOWNHOMES PHASE I FINAL PLAT APPLICATION
FILE NUMBERS: L14 -0066 and PL14 -0039
APPLICANT: Mike Overbeck,144th St., REO Partners, LLC
REQUEST: Final plat approval for Phase I of the Osterly Park Townhomes
LOCATION: 3421 -3429 S. 1441h St., Tukwila, WA 98188 (Tax #'s 0040000088 and
0040000094.
All interested persons are invited to be present to voice approval, disapproval, or opinions on
this issue. For those unable to attend in person, you may submit written testimony to the City
Clerk's office until 5:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting.
