For a valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the Grantors ,
Earl Grant and E. Darlene Grant, brother and sister hereby grant and convey to the Grantees

Beginning on the Westerly line of said subdivision at a point which is North 00'32'45"
West 877.74 feet from the Southwest corner thereof:
Thence North 00'32'45" West , along said Westerly line , 125.00 feet ;
Thence East 56.97 feet to the Westerly line of C.P.Fraeger Road, also known as 34th Ave South:
Thence South 23'26'12" East, along said Westerly line 136.21 feet to a point East of the point of
beginning: Thence West 109.95 feet to the point of beginning:
Situate in the County of King, State of Washington. Tax parcel number 5537200005
The covenants herein contained shall run with the land and are binding upon all subsequent
owners thereof.
