Description of Incident
On the above date and time, officers responded to a Tukwila area apartment complex to reports of a
shooting.
Officers arrived to find a male, approximately 30 years of age, suffering from gunshot wounds.
The male was transported to Harborview Hospital, and is being treated for life threatening injuries.
Officers did a search of the area for the suspect based on the minimal suspect information they had
received, and the search met with negative results.
The two schools in the area of the incident were locked down for a short time until the scene was
secured, and the search was completed. The schools are open and operating normally at this time.
Tukwila officers and detectives are at the scene interviewing witnesses, and continuing the
investigation.
