22 through 25, records of King County Washington: Thence from said POINT OF
BEGINNING at a right angle to said northerly right -of -way line N11 °23'50 "E
698.25 feet; thence tangent to the preceding course on the'arc of a curve to
the right having a radius of 110.00 feet, through a central angle of
90 °00100" an arc distance of 172.79 feet; thence tangent to the preceding

22 through 25, records of King County, said point also being on the southerly
right -of -way line of an unnamed street (60' wide) and being N88 °49'10 "W
89.30 feet from the northeasterly corner of said Lot 10; thence from said
POINT OF BEGINNING, leaving said southerly right -of -way line, N88 049'10 "W
274.94 feet; thence from a tangent which bears S31 010'50 "W on the arc of a
