PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the City of Tukwila Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing
on March 24, 2016 at 6:30 PM located at 6200 Southcenter Blvd., Tukwila WA 98188 to discuss the
following:
CASE NUMBER: L16 -0010
TITLE: 2016 Housekeeping Code Amendments
TOPIC: Housekeeping Code Amendments to Title 17, 18, 19 and 21 (Subdivision,
Zoning, Sign and SEPA Environmental Regulations) of the Tukwila Municipal
Code. The proposed amendments range from code clarification to updating
development regulations and permit processes.
LOCATION: City Wide
Persons wishing to comment on the above case may do so by written statement or by appearing at the
public hearing. Information on the above case may be obtained at the Tukwila Planning Division. The
City encourages you to notify your neighbors and other persons you believe would be affected by the
above items.
