Tukwila, June 12, 1930
A special meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Tukwila
was held in the Town Hall on the above date at 8:00 p. m. Those
present were Mayor John R. Walkup and Councilmen Philip Koenig,
J. C. Wickman, E. F. Greene, J. R. Cummong and B. E. Baker. The
Mayor announced the purpose was to discuss water rates with the
water commissioners of the Foster Water District and to consider
other matters which might come before the Council.
Mr. Miller of the Miller °Etgineering Co. and consulting engin—
eer of the Foster Water District appeared before the Council and
explained the desire of the water commissioners of the Foster Water
District to obtain water from Tukwila.
After some discussion the following rates were offered to the
Foster Water District by the Council:
First 100 customers a minimum rate of 4,1.50
Neat 50 1.40
Next 50 0 a mr 1.35
Na other business appearing the Council was adjourned at 9:45
